This can be a stand-alone consultation if you are feeling stuck and need some guidance.

This is a good option for someone that doesn’t have the budget for a designer but wants an outside opinion to bounce ideas off of or a guide to help them figure out the best place to start. I can help with ideas, furniture layouts, paint colors, even order of what project to concur first.

With the Design Plan Only we start out with an in-home visit so that we can go through the space, take measurements and before photos.

From here I will provide you with a custom concept/mood board and a floorplan of your room with furniture placement.

Once everything is approved you will receive a shoppable list where you can then purchase all the furnishings.

For kitchens and bathrooms, we offer design plan only. We would design the space and you would take it from there.

With this you would additionally get a 3D Rendering of the space with all of the specifications of the finishes to then work with a contractor where we can be involved with any design questions that arise during construction.
